NEW FEATURE
Load Custom Rows from your UI
Load Custom Rows from your UI
Custom Rows are a powerful way to provide ready-to-go content right into BEE. Think product cards, blog articles, events, coupons . Since these are all extremely valuable assets when designing content in BEE, you may want to bring them up and front when users need them.
That's why we just added a new method so that you can
load custom rows from your user interface
. With this feature, you can provide clear
call-to-actions to assets
in Custom Rows. Existing users can reach them more quickly, and new users will find them more easily.
UPDATED FEATURE
Reload the plugin configuration
Reload the Plugin configuration
The
configuration
you pass to the plugin when the editor is initialized is the
swiss army knife
that lets you
define features
and
customize the UI & UX
of BEE. Since it's so important, there are times when you need to update it after a user interaction or an event in your application.
That's why we've built a Reload method to apply configuration changes on-the-fly, without interrupting the editing session or reloading the editor. You can start using this method for things like updating the Saved Rows list, changing Advanced Permissions to unlock new features, and updating Custom Headers to handle a token refresh.
We’re looking to expand the possibilities in the future, so don’t be shy and let us know how you’d like to use this core feature.
NEW OPTION IN PAGE BUILDER
Add a Favicon to a page
Add a Favicon to a page
When creating a page in Page Builder, users can now set a Favicon to go along with that page. This new option is available in the "Settings" tab, under the "Optional Properties" section.
Favicons are important as they are visibile in browser tabs, next to the Page Title. They are also the icon that represent a web page in a browser's bookmarks.
